  • 26-023 – (Map 122 - Lot 018) – Jasmine and Jeremy Greenman – 293 Plains Road – Add new Use to the residential property for a small engine repair shop (off-road vehicles, ATVs, Snowmobiles etc.).  The use is defined in Section 7 Table 1., as Auto Sales/Repair Body Shop, that is permitted in the Rural Zone where the residence / business is located.
  • 26-024 – (Map 130 - Lots 025 - 027) - Jeffery Truchon – 0 Meadow View Drive –  Minor Re-subdivision merging 3 existing lots which are part of a previously approved subdivision. The property is located in the Rural Residential Zone.
  • 26-020– (MAP 106 - LOT 107) ITEM POSTPONED UNTIL MAY 12- Jennifer and Aaron St Pierre, 36 Torsey Shores Road – Site Plan Review to determine completeness of application on a replacement of an existing non-conforming structure on Torsey Lake.  The property is located in the Shoreland Residential Zone.
