Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals meets as required to hear appeals to certain land use matters, and in come cases other municipal actions or inactions.
Appeals can only be granted under specific conditions detailed in the Town of Readfield Board of Appeals Ordinance. Any group or individual interested in pursuing an appeal should carefully read these requirements before beginning. Fees are required for the application and no outcomes are guaranteed.
Meetings are scheduled at times agreeable to the applicant and Board. Meetings are held in person and via Zoom, and may be recorded.
