Public Hearings:
26-022 – (Map 140 - Lot 001-2) – Poulin Family Trust - Andrew Poulin – 18 Poulin Drive – Re-subdivision of a previously approved subdivision, located in the Rural Residential Zone.
26-023 – (Map 122 – Lot 018) – Jasmine and Jeremy Greenman – 393 Plains Road – Add new Use to the residential property for a small engine repair shop, use is defined in Section 7 Table 1., as Auto Sales/Repair Body Shop, permitted in the Rural Zone.
26- 014 - (Map 134 - Lot 125) - Dawn and Scott Morash - 111 Mayo Road - Revised application to construct a new year round home on Maranacook Lake and demolish the existing structure on the property located in the Shoreland Residential District. A site visit to the Morash Property will occur at 5:30 PM on April 28th prior to the Public Hearing, the public is invited to observe.
