Personnel Policies

The Town of Readfield has multiple Personnel Policies that establish employment expectations, benefits, and other provisions of employment with the Town of Readfield.  The Personnel Policy is the primary employment document for all municipal employees.  Some employees are also subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements if they are employed in unionized positions.
